Our goal is to identify attractive real estate opportunities throughout the United States with solid cash flow, stable tenancy, and strong prospects for attractive risk-adjusted returns over time and across various market conditions and economic cycles. We aim to acquire undervalued and operationally significant assets leased to (or guaranteed by) investment-grade tenants and other high-credit quality tenants on a long-term basis across all asset classes. Additionally, we acquire land for development and multi-family properties.
